Returns Policy

We hope that you will be pleased with your purchase.

However we will be happy to refund or exchange any item that you are not completely satisfied with within 28 days of receipt with proof of purchase.

If an item is returned as unwanted please ensure that it is in an unused re-saleable condition, in its original display packaging and has the ticketing attached where relevant.

If the item we deliver is faulty, you are legally entitled to a full refund but you must report it to us within 28 days of receipt.

If you wish to return anything to us please obtain a proof of postage certificate, which is free on request, from the post office.

We do not pay for the cost of return postage but re orders will be delivered free.
