Delivery

We want you to be 100% satisfied with everything you order from us. If any product fails to meet your expectations in any way, you can return it to us for an exchange, replacement or refund.

We aim to process and deliver items in stock within 48 hoursof you placing your order to anywhere in the UK

Smaller items will be sent by Ist Class Royal Mail, other orders will be sent by our nominated Carrier.
The delivery charge is calculated when you place items in your basket and is based on the weight of your total order

Deliveries outside the UK will be charged at cost.

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you, and let you know when we estimate for it to be back in stock. You will always be contacted with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
